ABOUT ALINA
My interest in Feng Shui started when I read a book called Sacred Space by Denise Linn.
Wanting to know more, I read other books and soon started applying the simplistic nine square approach over every room in my home. Where was my wealth situated? Where was my romance and relationship corner? I moved furniture about in an attempt to balance the home.
At this time my son was about two years old and I was looking for an alternative career in which I could be my own boss and work my own hours - a career that would allow me to balance family life with earning a living.
A friend told me about a Feng Shui teacher here in Perth. I signed up for an introductory weekend course and went along thinking "this will be easy".
How wrong I was! Following that workshop I was hooked, but I also realised there is a lot more to Feng Shui than moving your furniture around. I decided to undertake the advanced year-long course at the Australian Academy of Feng Shui in order to qualify as a practitioner.
Having good Feng Shui is a very powerful way of providing support for yourself and your family in the home and business.
By working with the existing energies and potential influences, it is possible to develop a calm, balanced and supportive environment. In my opinion, this leads to decreased stress, increased health and prosperity, and the ability to make better decisions.
Helping people create a safe, secure and relaxed place in which to live and work is one of the joys of working as a Feng Shui consultant.
