How long does it take?

- it may be once a month, fortnight, week or even every 2-3 days initially,
- we test and measure against Business Goals initially stated.

How is this achieved?
Though a process of meetings, discussions, training, business coaching on an ongoing basis.
As a coach I listen to what's going on, any suggestions and alternatives, I discuss other scenarios or encourage thinking from other perspectives to enable you to draw your own conclusions. Therefore any change or learning is inductive (from you) and consequently permanent.
Some managers have found their communication with individuals on their team have improved dramatically now they know how to "speak their language". Instead of guessing how to inspire and lead, they know for sure what inspires each team member.
The techniques I use are extremely effective in getting to the cause. Releasing these mental, emotional or other blocks enables the individual to become even more of the person they wish to be, e.g. efficient, productive, confident, team player, generous, compassionate, aware of other opportunities.
If you consciously want to go a particular direction, but your unconscious doesn't agree, is it likely you'll succeed? Perhaps with a lot of brute force. Wouldn't it be easier if there's alignment between your conscious/unconscious minds?
