Games Trailer debut at Corymbia

Grown-ups: Do you remember primary school games like relays, hoops and quoits?
Kids: Want to challenge Mum or Dad to a sack race?

The Shire Games Trailer has it all, and all games can be played FREE by Foothills Corymbia Funday visitors on Sunday March 6th.
This is the new trailer, to replace one originally donated by 'Life Be In It'. The brightly coloured Games Trailer contains with new sports and activity equipment, and is available for hire from Hartfield Park Recreation Centre.
Corymbia visitors can sample a tee-ball set, cotton bean bags, outdoor badminton set, volleyball and orbit tennis (with the ball on a pole).
Players of all ages are catered for, with cricket bats, basketballs, hockey sticks and relay batons in both junior and senior sizes.
The traditional hessian sacks for sack races have been replaced with brightly coloured jumping bags with handles. These also come in different sizes, so we look forward to the sight of families leaping around on the grass!
For those tired out by Corymbia fun, bocce and quoits will provide a more sedate afternoon's entertainment.
Local schools, community and church groups, businesses and residents are invited to hire the trailer, with rates starting at $40 for a half day. Come to the Foothills Corymbia Funday and test it for yourself - a free no obligation trial!
